Privacy policy
RacketIQ is a simple informational website. We keep data collection to a minimum, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
You can browse RacketIQ without giving us any personal details — there's no account to create and no login. The advisor runs entirely in your browser; your answers aren't sent to us or stored on a server.
Analytics
We use website analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. This may set cookies and collect anonymised, aggregate information such as your approximate region, device and the pages you view. It isn't used to identify you personally.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link (see our affiliate disclosure), the retailer — for example Amazon — may set its own cookie so it can credit any purchase to RacketIQ. That's handled by the retailer under their own privacy policy, not ours.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. RacketIQ uses them only for the analytics and affiliate purposes above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.
If you choose to contact us by email, we use your message and address only to reply. We don't add you to any list. (RacketIQ doesn't currently send a newsletter; if that ever changes, signing up will always be optional and you'll be able to unsubscribe.)
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows. The date below shows when it was last changed.
